The Mentoring program proposed by NoDoubt is co-designed together with the Client, inspired by company values ​​and built with a matching that can compensate for any individual shortcomings, following criteria  of voluntary application but free access for all to the training on the contents.

Corporate Mentoring programs

Are created with a dual purpose:

  • allow the attendants to expand their knowledge and skills with field experimentation, under expert (Mentor) supervision and example;

  • integrate into corporate culture.

Can be addressed to:

  • junior to help them joining the organization and to encourage the intergenerational handover;

  • senior in situations where a young colleague can pass fresh and updated skills to a more mature person.
